As I begin my digital creator journey, I want this space to feel real, personal, and connected. 💛 Mental health has always been close to my heart. I currently work in the UK charity sector with a mental health organisation, and with a background in psychology along with training in Mental Health First Aid and ASIST, I have always been passionate about sparking open and honest conversations. But life for me is not just about work, it is also about the colours we choose to paint it with. Mine show up in the art I create, the make-up looks I play with, and the many Indian cultural dance forms I love. Travel and food are also central to who I am. Having explored both Europe and the hidden gems of India, I have developed a love for blending cultures and experiences, whether that’s through trying local food spots, supporting homegrown brands, or simply soaking up the richness of a new place. And of course, my golden retriever Louie is at the heart of it all because nothing brings me more joy than him.
