Had such a lovely time at this cozy little spot in Cologne! 🥰 The Aubergine-Feta Bagel totally lived up to the hype – soft, flavorful, and just so satisfying. Tried their Shakshuka too and wow... slow-cooked, rich in spices, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. And of course, ended on a sweet note with their Burnt Cheesecake topped with homemade strawberry sauce – soooo good! 🍓🍰 Adele, thank you for the warm welcome and for personally bringing the food – that was such a sweet gesture! Also got a sneak peek behind the counter while the bagels were being prepared – love seeing that kind of passion in the kitchen. 🥯❤️ P.S. Starting this June, they’re open every Saturday till 10 PM for something called Beats & Bagels – good vibes, great bagels, and refreshing summer drinks.
