Is it even a proper rainy day agar Butter Paneer Masala ki craving na ho? ☔🍛 Mausam bhi cozy, aur kitchen ka plan bhi set tha… Par jaise hi cooking shuru ki, realise hua – haldi aur black pepper khatam! 😅 Toh turant Zepto se mangwaya mere fav ZOFF Spices super fresh & full of flavour! Instructions 👇 1. Thoda oil ya ghee garam karo, usme onions, red chillies, tomatoes aur cashews daal kar achhe se bhuno. 2. Jab sab kuch soft ho jaye, thoda cool hone do, fir paste bana lo. 3. Ek kadai mein ghee garam karo, thoda red chilli powder daalo, fir woh paste daal do. 4. Thoda paani add karo (jo mixer jar mein bacha ho), aur usme turmeric, garam masala, kasuri methi aur coriander daal kar 10 mins tak sim karne do. 5. Ab cream, sugar aur khoya+milk ka mix gravy mein daal kar achhe se milao. 6. Paneer cubes add karo, namak adjust karo aur 10 mins low flame pe pakao. 7.
