26th Feb, 2024 was our VOWS DAY. Preparation for vows had started since the time we wanted to get married, but we wrote down our vows on 25th cause we wanted it to align with the new changes. We knew we always wanted to say our vows to each other in a private setting. We didn’t wanted to populate the moment. But with all the wedding preparations going on a very fast pace, we almost forgot about it: to commemorate. We were also looking out on the budget. So, while we were calculating our arrangements for my parents arrival to wedding reception budget, we found a quaint place that made perfect sense for us to go for a mini vacay and set our vows straight to each other. There was still one doubtful moment where we pulled the plug on the plan. Anxieties can hurl at you from anywhere and we wanted to prepare for it. But we felt greatly remorse by that decision and decided to anyway splurge it for us. Cause we deserve it. 🩷 And when I was going through the pictures, I felt immensely proud that both of us were right to pamper with this vacay cause man, this was worth every penny.
