I call it Mrithika – Herbal Bathing Powder. As a cosmetologist, I always say that maintaining your skin’s pH balance is key, and sometimes going soap-free is the best detox your skin can get. ഇത് വെറുമൊരു bathing powder മാത്രമല്ല, it’s a complete skin food cocktail! The Magic Ingredients: 1. Green Gram Powder (ചെറുപയർ പൊടി): The base cleanser. Gentle exfoliation without stripping natural oils.  2. Multani Mitti: For deep cleansing and oil control. 3. Neem Powder: Antibacterial protection (മുഖക്കുരു വരാതിരിക്കാൻ).  4. Manjishta: The Ayurveda secret for skin brightening.  5. Liquorice (ഇരട്ടിമധുരം): Best for tan removal and evening out skin tone.  6. Orange Peel Powder: For that Vitamin C boost and instant glow! Cosmetologist Tip: Mix these powders and store them in an airtight jar. Mix a small amount with water or milk/curd before your bath. ഇത് ദിവസവും ഉപയോഗിക്കാം (You can use this daily). It helps remove dead cells and keeps your skin soft and polished.
