
🍝 Simple Classic Aglio e Olio 🌟 🔥 INGREDIENTS: Spaghetti: 400g Fresh garlic Butter or Virgin Oil Red pepper flakes & Italian Seasoning Fresh parsley Salt: to taste Freshly ground black pepper: to taste Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving) INSTRUCTIONS 👩🍳 : * Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Save 1 cup of pasta water before draining. * Sauté Garlic: While pasta cooks, heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic is golden (not brown!). * Combine: Add drained spaghetti to the pan. Toss well to coat with garlic oil. If dry, add a bit of reserved pasta water. * Season: Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
