I am a fan of flying because you never know exactly what you get. Without a doubt, one of the great pleasures of flying for me is the food. That perfect blend of flavors and aromas makes the lunch or dinner the perfect moment. The food is rather a welcome interruption from the view of the eternal skies. Comfort food is the specialty of airplanes, especially when it comes to appetizers. The sauces make the food a little sexy. A creamy and seductive sauce is the perfume of food. It is not entirely necessary, but a pleasant surprise from time to time. Then there's my holy grail of airline food of a little vanilla ice cream. I enjoy the most comfortable and comforting dining experience in the world when I #travtasy
