
Ever since I can remember, I’ve seen my Aajji (grandma) practice yoga for an hour and a half - every single day. Her mornings always began with pranayama, followed by yogasanas. She was always fit, active, and full of motivation. Little did I know, she had once been on her deathbed in her mid-forties due to severe asthma. But with yoga - and an unshakable will - she transformed her life. At 85, she climbed all the way up to Nathula Pass without a single break. That’s the power of yoga.
