225 kg suspected adulterated paneer seized in Patiala during festive season crackdown. Patiala’s Food Safety team has launched a massive crackdown on food adulteration ahead of the festive season. Acting on the directions of Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh and FDA Commissioner Dr. Dilraj Singh, officials led by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur seized 225 kg of suspected adulterated paneer during an early morning raid at a dairy unit in Samana. Similar inspections in Nabha and Rajpura resulted in several food samples being collected for testing. Strict action will follow based on lab reports. #patiala #punjab #patialahelpclub
