“I think it’s really important to de-stigmatize mental health in any form. I think there’s a lot of people carrying around guilt and shame and baggage for stuff that doesn’t matter. Everybody is going through something, everybody has had something that they’ve had to overcome.” Mary Lambert There was a time when I was ashamed of myself when things were not going how I planned, when I lost total perspective of what I should be doing, when I got carried away with distractions and I was feeling pushed back mentally. That’s when I decided I need to change this, I need to come out from this cage. The next day, I saw myself at the mirror and I was like, this should not be the same person. And from the next moment itself I totally changed my mindset and habits. The strongest people are those, who win battles that others are completely unaware about. Appreciate @rapidoapp for taking the initiative to steer away from discrimination against Mental health. I encourage you to share your story in the comments using the hashtag #zerodiscriminationweek
