Every day, I wake up hoping it’ll be clear enough for my kid to play outside. And every day… we end up stuck indoors, again. The air feels heavy, the windows stay shut, and even the morning light looks hazy now. Leaving home means grabbing a mask along with keys and sunscreen, because that’s just Delhi now. And while we always worry about how this is affecting our kids... let’s be honest, it’s affecting us too. The constant fatigue. The itchy eyes. The low energy for no reason. It’s real.
