Strength & Core Training: 30 minutes of focused ab exercises. Included dumbbell workouts—starting with 2 kg weights and progressively increasing to 6 kg. These exercises have helped build strength and endurance. Evening Activity: A 1-hour jog after dinner to maintain cardiovascular health and aid digestion. Nutrition & Diet: Breakfast Options: Oats, banana, and protein powder pancakes Gram flour mushroom cheelas Gram flour paneer cheelas 1 cup of milk n sugar ginger tea in the morning Or any of your fav beverages Main Meals: Grated broccoli, paneer, carrots, beetroot, onion, mung beans, and coriander cheelas. Stir-fried vegetables with sweet potatoes. Daal (lentils) with a small portion of rice and Greek yogurt or normal curd. Multigrain or ragi ( millet) chapati with daal n Greek yogurt or Normal curd. Multigrain or sourdough bread with avocado with Greek yogurt . Drinks: Fresh orange and lemon juice for hydration and vitamin C n cinnamon tea in the evening 💕 Note: If you have thyroid issues, eat cruciferous vegetables in moderation. For PCOD, you don’t need to completely give up dairy….just be mindful of the type and quantity. Avoid over-exercising, as it can increase inflammation.
