Thousands of aspirants faced canceled exams, server crashes, and mismanagement in SSC Phase 13 (July 24–Aug 1). The new vendor Eduquity, previously blacklisted, replaced trusted giant TCS and chaos followed. Result? Cancelled exams, system failures, harassment at centres.
