2024 has been a year of beautiful self-discovery and leaning into a more zen way of living. I’ve been focusing on aligning my thoughts, words, and actions—a practice that takes effort, patience, and daily commitment. It’s not always easy, but it’s deeply rewarding. One of the most special moments from this journey was discovering a hidden gem from my recent trip- a serene lake, just a 3-minute walk from where I stayed. We went kayaking there, It felt like my own secret haven, untouched and quiet, and completely empty as far as the eyes could see. I was surrounded by mountains, a lake, birds singing, water softly rippling, and the kind of stillness that made me pause and listen. It felt as though time itself had stopped, and in that moment, I was completely present, with nowhere to be but here. I wish I could tuck that moment away and carry it with me forever.
