Absolutely loved these pickled treats from @pickerfresh and I have been enjoying them everyday with my meals. Beets are usually used as garnish over #chaats and #dahibhalle is one of my favourite and Holi special chaat. It is made of lentil fritters soaked in water, Dahi (yogurt), Tamarind Chutney, spices and various type of garnish which I replaced with the pickled beets and do I need to mention how delicious it was 🤤 Loved the #pickledveggies and #pickledgarlic too and can’t wait to try them in other recipes.
