Hyderabad just got another reason to step out for dinner ✨ Salt is now open in the Financial District at VSD Tech Park, Gachibowli. I tried the launch menu and the food speaks for itself. From the crispy Subzi Quinoa Kebab and smoky Lal Mirch Paneer Tikka to the juicy Salt’s Prawns Kebab, the starters alone set the tone. For mains, the comforting Alleppey Fish Curry and Laal Maas packed the right punch of flavour and spice. Dessert lovers, don’t miss the Saffron Tres Leches and Carrot halwa. Soft, rich and just the right amount of sweet. Salt takes familiar Indian flavours and gives them a fine dining twist. It still feels soulful and homely, which is what makes it special.
