Story time:🌟 🚀 From INR 15,000/month to 25 LPA ! 🚀 Hey everyone, let me share my journey with you! 💪 🎯 I am not trying to say here that 25 LPA is a big deal, it might be a big deal for many and peanuts for some others. All I am trying to do is help people who are aspiring to achieve a similar package in a shorter period of time. 🎯 In the beginning, I focused on learning and gaining skills, working in small and medium-sized companies. Life was tough, but I was eager to learn, even working on Saturdays. 🔄 I switched jobs three times in five years, getting big salary jumps each time due to my acquired skills and hard work. 📚 I invested in my career by getting certifications instead . It made my resume stronger and helped me stand out. 💪 I believed in myself and asked for the salary I deserved. I knew my worth and didn't settle for less. ✅Choosing the right HR function,Hr consist of alot of different functions,and I chose the function as per my interest and where I had better compensation opportunities 🎯 To get into big companies, I took contract roles, which was a risk. But it paid off as I got permanent positions within a few months. 🌟 This is my true story, and I want to show you that dreams do come true with learning and hard work. If I can do it, so can you!
