
Recipe in the caption: For 1 person : INGREDIENTS : Butter/Ghee 2-3 Garlic cloves (Finely Chopped) 1 medium size onion (Finely chopped) 4-5 button mushrooms 1/2 Green Bell pepper (You can add yellow and green as well) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cauliflower florets 1/2 Zucchini 1 slice of Pumkin 2 cups of Chopped spinach 50 g paneer 1 leaf of Iceberg lettuce Salt to taste Chilli flakes Dark Soy sauce RECIPE: Heat 1 tsp ghee. Add chopped garlic and onion to it. Sauté till golden. Add all chopped vegetables. Sauté till it gets 50-60% cooked and till water evaporates. Add spinach and cover it for 1 minute. Add salt , chilli flakes and half tsp dark soy sauce. Sauté for 1 more minute and turn the gas flame off. Add crumbled paneer and Garnish it with Lettuce and enjoyyyy this healthy Stir Fry Veggie Bowl ❤️❤️
