
I started yoga in 2014… not for mindfulness, not for peace… just to get flexible. Years went by. Life got messy, stressful, chaotic. Anxiety, insomnia, overthinking… I almost gave up on myself so many times. But yoga was my constant. My pause button. My safe space. And slowly, I realized it wasn’t just about the body. It was about healing, showing up for myself, and finding calm when everything else was loud. 12 years later, I teach yoga, I practice yoga, and I live yoga.
