In the last 10 years since I returned to my home town, have worked directly with many founders & entrepreneurs of all levels & age groups. From 28-year-olds to 70, everyone had their own backstories.  Learned a lot from them & also guided many.  I was quite moved by the challenges they faced and also in awe of the way some of the good ones handled businesses. It's definitely not as rosy as it looks.  They have their own insecurities. And believe me, many a time they are hiding their feelings behind those happy smiles & motivational talks. 🎭 While I always try to support the genuine ones in the best possible ways, I think we as a community & nation need to make things easier for them. Had Robin Williams, Anthony Bourdain,  VG Siddhartha & Sushant Singh on my mind as I was penning down this post.  Earlier I thought suicide is an act of cowardice. I was so damn wrong! It takes a lot of guts for someone to end his/her life. And yes the pain is real! Let's try to help all in whatever way we can . 💓 #entreprenuer #business #depression #life
