RECIPE ALERT ‼️ ✅ Ingredients: - 1 fistful whole wheat pasta - 2 spoons fresh cream - 1 spoon olive oil - 1 small onion, diced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 capsicum, diced - 3-4 mushrooms, diced - 1 spoon tomato sauce - 2-3 pinch of salt - oregano if your baby likes ✅ Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of little salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and capsicum, mushroom and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 2 minutes. 4. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and oregano. Simmer for 1 minute. 5. Add the cooked pasta and cream to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer until the cream is heated through and combined, about 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 6. Serve the creamy pasta with veggies warm to your little one and let him/her enjoy!
