I read somewhere, "Don't let the burden and the fear of being judged for your past mould your present or your future." So often, we refuse to make a change in our lives (be it any change) even when we know the change will be good for us because we fear being judged and mocked. Remember, Allah doesn't judge us on the basis of our past, but on the sincerity of our repentance.
