Here’s a caption to the memories that are nostalgic, grounded, and intentional - not braggy, not cryptic, but reflective of why 2016 mattered: 2016 wasn’t loud. It was foundational. It was the year I truly built things that still hold me today. - I built a relationship with my son that became my emotional compass. - I committed to a fitness journey I’m still proud of (and grateful to you, @bharath_fitness_trainer , for pushing me before I believed in myself). - I leaned into my career and my curiosity for content - learning, observing, standing next to people I admired, and finding my own voice along the way - It was also the year of recognition, being acknowledged for my work on an international stage reminded me that consistency compounds (Alcohol Strategies in Asia) - Friendships deepened. 🙏🏼 @vids06 @singhakshat80 Some were forged for life. Some moments happened for the last time - and I didn’t know it then. (Did we come together for the last time, Atul & @sumesh999 ?) - And I ended that year where I felt most alive - Brazil. Warm people, unreal hospitality, and the raw magic of the Amazon reminding me how small (and lucky) we really are. - This was the year I started growing my beard 🧔‍♂️ as well 😅 Looking back now, 2016 wasn’t about achievements. It wasn’t easy too. It was about alignment. And maybe that’s why it’s showing up again in all our feeds - because before the noise, before the algorithms, before the rush… we were just building.
