Hyderabad loves this Infused Broasted Chicken so I had to try it out. This is the iconic Al Baik which started in 1991 and everything is freshly made, hygienic, with absolutely amazing flavors. Crunchy on the outside, insanely juicy inside, all thanks to the pressure fryer that locks in all the flavour. Garlic dip (toum) on the side was perfect. They do Arabian favorites like the fragrant white amber rice with grilled chicken and slow-cooked Madfoon. Both are not to be missed.
