Begin by frying five dried chillies in hot oil until fragrant. 2. Shallow fry four tomatoes, peel the skin, and set aside. 3. In the same oil, fry 7-8 garlic cloves. 4. Crush all fried ingredients with salt to taste in a mortar until fine. 5. Add coriander leaves and tomatoes, crushing thoroughly. 6. Mix in chilli powder, turmeric powder, and pepper powder. 7.
