A glimpse into our first-ever food workshop in Vizag on 1st February at @yespressoindia We chose sushi for a reason. It was one of my first wow food moments, something I discovered while living in Australia with a Japanese housemate. Thoughtful, balanced, and quietly beautiful. Bringing sushi-making to Vizag felt right. This city is curious, open, and ready to explore global flavours while respecting technique and tradition. This workshop wasn’t about eating sushi made for you. It was about understanding it, rolling it yourself, and appreciating the craft behind every bite. A sweet shoutout to @pnp_pastry.vizag for being our dessert partner and adding the perfect finish with their delicious blueberry cheesecake–themed cupcakes.
