No Sugar/ No Corn flour Hot Chocolate ☕️ . . Ingredients: 4 seedless dates (or deseed them if needed) 4-5 almonds 2 cups warm milk (divided) 1 tbsp cocoa powder 2-3 small pieces of dark chocolate Instructions: ✨Soak the Dates and Almonds: In a bowl, add seedless dates, almonds, and ½ cup warm milk. Let it rest for 3 minutes to soften. ✨Blend: Transfer the soaked mixture to a blender. Blend until it forms a smooth paste. ✨Prepare the Hot Chocolate: In a pan, pour the remaining milk and place it on low heat. Add cocoa powder and stir well. Add the blended date-almond mixture to the pan. ✨Simmer and Add Dark Chocolate: Let the mixture come to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
