Schengen Visa Checklist (Save This!) ✨ Before applying for your Schengen Visa, make sure you have these documents ready 👇 📌 Mandatory Documents 1️⃣ Visa application form – duly filled & signed :- check VFS global website for the latest application form this needs to be signed manually . 2️⃣ 1 recent passport-size photo (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, white background) :- photo shouldn’t be 6 months old and do not use the same photo for the visa every visa needs a new photo.. 3️⃣ Passport / Travel document (Old + New) :- print out too (to be on safer side ) 📌 Travel & Stay Proof 4️⃣ if travelling via Travel agency certificate for prepaid program    8️⃣ Flight reservations / rail tickets :- dummy tickets , or fully refundable tickets both work .. 9️⃣ Proof of accommodation for entire Schengen stay (Hotels) OR accommodation reservation with deposit / cancellation fee :- booking.com /airbnb . Keep the free cancellation date available till the second last day of your travel 😂… 🔟 Day-to-day travel itinerary Don’t blindly trust CHATGPT use thoda brains ! 📌 Professional Documents (If Employed) 5️⃣ Payslips of last 3 months / Employment contract .with sign and stamped if the visa of the country needs it ..   + Original leave letter from employer on company letter head 📌 Financial Proof 6️⃣ Personal bank statements (last 3 months) with sufficient funds :- 3 lakh rupees per person rakhna FD’s don’t count it should be liquid money in account ..    7️⃣ Personal ITR of last 3 years :- from the Website directly download the acknowledgment 📌 Additional Documents 1️⃣1️⃣ Vaccination certificates :- COVID vaccine 1️⃣2️⃣ Covering letter from applicant :- I’ll DM you 1️⃣4️⃣ Travel insurance :- check the travel insurance companies that vfsglobal allows I have added it 1️⃣5️⃣ Marriage certificate (if applicable) SchengenVisa, SchengenVisaChecklist, EuropeVisa, EuropeTravelPrep, VisaGuide, VisaProcess, TravelDocuments, VisaApproved, EuropeTripPlanning, InternationalTravel, TravelFromIndia, IndianTravellers, PassportReady, TravelTipsIndia, VisaTips, EuropeDream, TravelSmart, TravelChecklist, VisaHelp, TravelPlanningTips
