
From the streets of Chintamani to every Bangalore adda—these fiery red chilli peanuts are the ultimate spice test 🌶🥜 Ingredients: • Raw peanuts – 1 cup • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp • Salt – 1 tsp • Hing – ½ tbsp • Water – as needed • Curry leaves & Garlic (optional) Method: 1. Dry roast the peanuts on medium flame until crunchy. Remove skin if you prefer, keep aside. 2. In a bowl, add chilly powder, salt, ginger and mix it with water 3. Add the roasted peanuts, toss well. And coat evenly. 4. Microwave them for 1 minute to lock in the spice and crunch. 6.
