Schezwan cheese dosa😋 Well....this was an experiment which Went really well. This is made out of 3 steps. The first, making besan paste The second, making plain sooji upma The third, assembling everything on pan So let's start with besan paste, All you need: Besan Water Salt Turmeric Firstly, add 4 tbsp of besan then add water to it in batches, keep whisking and make lump free. Add water more than needed coz later while cooking it will all get into perfect consistency. So now cook it. When you can see the bubbles add some salt to taste, a pinch of turmeric. Now cook on low flame for 5 min. Your besan paste is ready. Now making upma: All you need: Sooji rava, water and salt In a wok, add water, some oil and salt. Let boil, then add sooji rava gradually while mixing it continuously. Now cook it for 5 to 10 min on low flame. Your plain upma is ready. Now it's time for assembling everything on dosa batter: So start with spreading your dosa batter on hot pan and glide some oil. Now put some besan paste, some upma, then add your schezwan chutney. Mix everything well and lump free. Spread all over on your dosa surface. Now the cheesey part comes in. Add grated cheese(how much ever you like)let melt and fold and serve with beautiful chutney. 🤗 There you go your cheesy schezwan dosa is all ready to get attacked☺️ Absolutely basic guys. And very mitch filling too.
