I didn’t knew that was my last day at Radium Creation, apparently I was not good enough for the job after 6 months just when my retention period got over but my skills and experience was perfect for the job at the time of interview, Google review to kya hi du mai, but it was a dark place to work that no one deserves to work at, I was mentally and physically torchured over loaded with work on work, unprofessional language main taunts, restrictions on touching phone, drinking water to even wish good morning to the bosses. No ac for designers where the fuck was I , this company is removing employees on daily basis, on the spot resignation wt so ever, some people here come to play ghar ghar here full drama fights o god that was the cheapest. Learning was great no doubt but till a period of time then times up, They opened a company in China and Jaipur now there no need of a lot of employe so let’s just torchur them so they resign or else we will just randomly fire them and take resignation letter cool. Met some good people , who helped me calm down and come this far, very good people actually ill always be grateful. Only thing I hate was they wasted my time and energy.
