Millet Fruit Mousse Jar ❤️ . “Millets = fiber + steady energy 🌾💪 Enjoy this colorful & healthy Millet Fruit Mousse Jar 🍓🥭🥝🫐 — tasty & guilt-free! •High Fiber → Improves digestion & gut health. •Low Glycemic Index (GI) → Provides steady energy, prevents sugar spikes. •Weight Management → Keeps you full for longer. •Gluten-Free → Great for those with gluten intolerance. •Rich in Micronutrients → Packed with iron, calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins. •Antioxidants → Helps in reducing inflammation. 📝 Ingredients (for Millet Fruit Mousse Jar) ½ cup Foxtail millet (or any millet of choice) 2 cups Milk 2 tbsp Honey (or jaggery/sugar substitute) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1 cup Whipped cream (chilled & whipped to soft peaks) Fruit purees (Mango, Strawberry, Kiwi, Blueberry – as per choice) Fresh fruits & sprinkles for garnish 👩‍🍳 Method (English) 1. Cook the Millet Base Rinse and soak foxtail millet for 30 minutes. Cook it slowly in milk until it becomes soft and creamy. Add honey and vanilla extract, mix well, and let it cool. 2. Make the Mousse Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the cooled millet mixture into the whipped cream to make a light mousse. 3. Prepare Fruit Layers Divide the mousse into portions. Mix each portion with a different fruit puree (mango, strawberry, kiwi, blueberry). 4. Layer the Dessert Using a piping bag or spoon, layer each fruit-flavored mousse into a jar to create a rainbow effect. Chill for 1–2 hours to set. 5. Garnish & Serve Top with fresh fruits, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and sprinkles.
