
Besan & Sprouts Chilla (PCOD-Friendly)🥒 Simple, high-protein and very filling ✨ This one is perfect when you want something light but still balanced. Ingredients (1 serving) • Mixed sprouts – ½ cup (boiled or lightly steamed) • Besan (gram flour) – ¼ cup • Water – 2–3 tbsp (adjust for batter consistency) • Turmeric – a pinch • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp • Jeera (cumin) – ¼ tsp • Salt – to taste • Olive oil – 1 tsp • Curd – 3–4 tbsp (for serving) Method 1️⃣ Add the sprouts to a mixer and grind them into a coarse paste. 2️⃣ Transfer to a bowl and add besan, turmeric, red chilli powder, jeera, salt, and a little water. 3️⃣ Mix well to form a smooth, slightly thick batter. 4️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, and spread the batter into a chilla. 5️⃣ Cook on both sides until golden and crisp. 6️⃣ Serve warm with curd 🤍 Protein-rich, gut-friendly, and keeps me full for hours 🌿 Saving this for myself- sharing in case it helps you too. #pcoddiet #pcodjourney #highproteinbreakfast #sproutsrecipe #besanchilla
