However, I’m also open to working within brand guidelines and will gladly collaborate to align with your vision. 2. Approval & Revisions: One round of feedback is included. Additional revisions may involve extra charges depending on scope. 3. Timeline: All deliverables will be completed within the agreed timeframe. Express delivery (under 48 hours) may include a rush fee. 4. Usage Rights: Brands are allowed to repost organically with credit. Usage for paid promotions (ads, whitelisting, etc.) requires separate permission and fees. 5. Payment Terms: A 50% advance is required to confirm the project, with the remaining 50% due upon final content delivery. 6. Content Ownership: I retain the right to post or showcase the content on my platforms or portfolio unless exclusivity is discussed in advance. 7. Brand Alignment: I only promote products or services that I personally connect with and that fit my audience. I may decline if the brand doesn’t align with my values. 8. Disclosure Compliance: I follow all advertising guidelines and include proper disclosures (e.g., #Ad, #Collab) as required. 9. Cancellation Policy: If a confirmed collaboration is canceled, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. 10. Professional Conduct: I expect clear and respectful communication.
