বড় ভট-চার্জের ৭৫ পার!✨🌟🥳 বছর দুয়েক আগেই বাবা বলেছিল "৭৫ বছরের জন্মদিনে লোকজন কে আসতে বলবো!" কিন্তু সেটা আর করা গেল না; এবছরের এপ্রিলে মা চলে যাওয়ার পর আর সেই আনন্দ উৎসব পালন করার মতো মন আর আমাদের কারুরই নেই। সেই সঙ্গে গত দুমাস ধরে ওনার শরীরটা বেশ খারাপ থাকায় কোন কিছুই করার মত অবস্থা র‌ইলো না। তবে একেবারে চুপচাপ করে ৭৫-তম জন্মদিন চলে গেলে ভালো লাগে নাকি! তাই নিজের মত করে একটা Eggless Rich Dry Fruit Cake বানানোই শ্রেয় বলে স্থির করলাম। নাই মামার থেকে কানা মামাই ভরসা!! যাইহোক, বাবাকে প্রণাম জানিয়ে ঈশ্বরের কাছে ওনার সুস্থতা, সবল, সচল ভাবে দীর্ঘায়ু কামনা করি।
